This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Marketing on Satisfaction and Loyalty Grab Food Merchant Partners in Pekanbaru City. The population taken from this research is merchant partner Pekanbaru. method used descriptive quantitative method. And testing hypothesis using analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). data collection technique was done by interview questionnaire. results indicate that variable (Trust, Commitment, Communication Problem Handling), variables trust problem handling have a positive but insignificant satisfaction partners. Meanwhile, Commitment significant satisfaction. Then also show has merchants
